Execute, monitor and control quality plan and update if required

Ensure that the project is run to a level of quality defined in the Quality Management Plan.

Steps

Ensure that the methodology is adhered to, thereby delivering the Quality Documents

Ensure that the Communication Plan approved in the Project Success Plan Sections 1 and 2 is adhered to, thereby delivering all Client Visit Reports and Project Manager Status Reports
