Steps
Monitor and manage all issues using the approved Issues Management Plan in the Project Success Plan Sections 1 and 2.
Ensure that every issue is formally:
  • Communicated
  • Documented
  • Monitored
  • Reviewed
  • Resolved
Maintain the Issue Register.
Communicate issues on a regular basis according to the Communication Plan.
