Task: Manage Communication

Execute, monitor and control communication plan and update if required

Purpose

Ensure that effective and efficient communication between all members of the project team occurs.

Steps

Ensure communication using the approved Communication Management Plan in the Project Success Plan Sections 1 and 2.

For each communication piece:

Identify message content, audience, timing and format
Create message for review
Review message accuracy and timeliness
Communicate message to audience.
Document everthing.
