Build, orient your team, and create a good working relationship among team members

Purpose

Create common understanding of project objectives and good working relationships among team members (customers, partners, IBM).

Establish a list of team members with contact information and brief role descriptions.

Steps

Schedule a team meeting for all project parties - IBM, Customer, Partner etc.

Share the project vision and the project objectives.

Share the Project Success Plan Section 1.

Evaluate the team members for capability, likely contribution and skills gaps.

Action any corrective training etc...
