Task: Obtain Consent for Reference Initiation

Establish whether customer is willing to act as a reference

Purpose

Reconfirm for IBM projects if a customer is willing to become a reference.
If so, then initiate the necessary internal activities to begin this process.
If not, then register this fact and the reasons for it.
